  • You can either pay the full service amount using a credit card or make a partial payment when the driver is assigned. The remaining balance is due directly to the driver upon delivery.

We charge your card after a driver has been assigned (dispatched) and you confirm that you want to proceed with the planned pickup. If you cancel the service after your card has been charged, you will receive a refund less a $100 service fee or the amount of your partial payment, whichever is less.
