How do I pay for my car shipping?
- You can either pay the full service amount using a credit card or make a partial payment when the driver is assigned. The remaining balance is due directly to the driver upon delivery.

- All credit card payments are processed at the time of driver assignment and confirmation. Drivers accept only certified funds, such as cash, cashier’s checks, or money orders, and do not accept personal checks or credit cards.
How do I cancel my order?

How do refunds work?
We charge your card after a driver has been assigned (dispatched) and you confirm that you want to proceed with the planned pickup. If you cancel the service after your card has been charged, you will receive a refund less a $100 service fee or the amount of your partial payment, whichever is less.
Can I ship personal items in my car?
We recommend not shipping personal items in your car due to insurance limitations and weight restrictions. Personal belongings are not covered by the carrier’s insurance, and excess weight can increase shipping costs.
How far in advance should I book my car transport?
We recommend booking your car transport at least one to two weeks in advance to ensure availability and secure the best rates. However, we also offer expedited services for last-minute and urgent shipping needs.
