Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about booking, pricing, and delivery

You can either pay the full service amount using a credit card or make a partial payment when the driver is assigned. The remaining balance is due directly to the driver upon delivery. We accept all major credit cards. All credit card payments are processed at the time of driver assignment and confirmation. Drivers accept only certified funds, such as cash, cashier's checks, or money orders, and do not accept personal checks or credit cards.

To cancel your order, please reach out to us via email or give us a call at (888) 719-5659.

We charge your card after a driver has been assigned (dispatched) and you confirm that you want to proceed with the planned pickup. If you cancel the service after your card has been charged, you will receive a refund less a $100 service fee or the amount of your partial payment, whichever is less.

We recommend not shipping personal items in your car due to insurance limitations and weight restrictions. Personal belongings are not covered by the carrier's insurance, and excess weight can increase shipping costs.

We recommend booking your car transport at least one to two weeks in advance to ensure availability and secure the best rates. However, we also offer expedited services for last-minute and urgent shipping needs.

The partial fee secures your spot with the driver and prevents last-minute cancellations. Drivers often travel 1 to 2 hours to the pickup location, so this helps avoid no-shows.

We can transport a wide variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, and even boats. Whether you have a standard car or a specialty vehicle, we have the expertise and equipment to handle it.

Open transport involves shipping your vehicle on an open carrier, which is more cost-effective and commonly used. Enclosed transport provides extra protection by shipping your vehicle in a covered carrier, ideal for luxury, classic, or high-value cars.

Yes, either you or a designated representative needs to be present at both pick-up and delivery to inspect the vehicle and sign the necessary paperwork. This ensures a smooth and documented handover process.

To schedule a car shipping service, simply contact us via phone or online. We'll provide you with a quote, help you choose the best transport option, and arrange a convenient pick-up and delivery time for your vehicle.

While we strive to adhere to our delivery schedules, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or logistical issues. In case of a delay, we will keep you informed and work diligently to minimize any inconvenience.

That’s very rare, but if it happens, you’ll get a full refund of the partial fee or we’ll quickly assign a new driver.

Have the vehicle year, make, model, running condition, pickup address, delivery address, and preferred dates ready. Mention modifications, access limits, and any appointment requirements. If the vehicle is at an auction or storage facility, confirm release rules and hours. Complete details help the transport team prepare a useful estimate and reduce follow up questions after you begin planning.

Yes. Choose a trusted adult who can release or receive the vehicle, review its condition, and sign the carrier paperwork. Give the transport team that person’s name and phone number before pickup. Share the order details and explain that the vehicle should be inspected with the driver. A prepared representative can complete the handoff while you are traveling or handling another part of your move.

Work with the driver to choose a legal nearby meeting point with enough space to stop and load safely. Narrow streets, low branches, private roads, gates, and parking restrictions can limit access. Share those details before dispatch and identify an alternative such as a wide parking area. This helps avoid delays and gives both you and the driver a clear place to complete the inspection.

Take photographs of the exterior in good light before pickup and point out existing marks during the driver inspection. Review the condition report and keep a copy. Repeat the inspection when the car arrives and compare it with the pickup record. If you see a concern, photograph it and note it with the driver before completing delivery paperwork. Clear, timely records help everyone understand the vehicle condition at each handoff.

Contact the transport team as soon as your plans change. A new address, date, contact person, or vehicle condition may affect the route and carrier assignment. Do not assume that a message passed through another person has reached the driver. Ask for confirmation of the updated details and share them with the pickup or delivery contact. Early communication gives the team more options to review the plan.

Review the vehicle details, route, dates, service type, and contact process in the quote. Confirm that the provider understands the vehicle condition and address access. Ask how the pickup and delivery estimates are shared and who to contact if something changes. Keep the order confirmation and condition reports. A clear plan explains what you need to prepare and what the carrier is expected to do, so you can make a decision based on the full service rather than a price alone.
